Our journey began with a deep-rooted friendship between Liz and Lauren, childhood "besties" who spent summers as beach lifeguards with the beautiful backdrop of the East End of Long Island, also known as "The Hamptons."

During summers running the beach concession at Coopers Beach, Lauren collaborated with her mother-in-;aw Gabby to develop a Vietnamese-inspired cold brew that quickly gained popularity during the summer seasons. The demand for our refreshing beverage was overwhelming, prompting us to embark on a new venture—bringing Rickshaw Cold Brew into the comfort of your homes.

We started this project with a shared passion for creating a high-quality product that captures both the essence of Vietnamese flavors and a locally roasted cold brew. As self-proclaimed coffee connoisseurs, we were disappointed by the lackluster options in the "ready-to-drink" coffee market. Determined to offer something exceptional, we decided to take matters into our own hands.
